RIP Naps

Naps (Weegie, Coon, Poly!)
This was my cat of 5 years. I believe he was either pure Coon, or a mix of Norwegian Forest and Coon. He was also a Poly, he had 3 extra thumbs on each front paw, and 1 extra toe on the back.
He died in my arms on 9/17 from what 3 vets told me was heart failure. I did not have that confirmed because I buried him in the back yard. I loved him to death. He was a total clown and unlike any other cat I've ever owned.
He weighed about 18 lbs. He was a tuxedo, he had huge paws and tufts coming out of them, also he had furry years. If you Google "Norweigan Forest Cat" his image comes up, and I mean identical. But his personality seems much more like a Coon.
He loved to climb, and this was a stray I found in a ditch near a condo I owned. He would run to me when I called him, he was smart, active, extremely funny and playful. He would somersault down our hallway. He was not a lap cat but would let me hold him. He was very playful, loved his scratching post. There were times when he would chirp, and you cold hear him purring up to 4ft away.
He would sit on his hind legs when begging. He would rest his paws on my knee when he wanted petted. He would "headbutt" me. He would rub onto my leg and swing his butt high up in the air, I'm not really sure why, but it was funny. He would want to be "near" me most of the time, but never really wanted to be in my lap.
His mouth always reminded me of a rabbit face, hard to explain. It had a bunny like shape. He was fiesty and agressive, but I'm not sure if that had to do with him being outside before he adopted me.
At night, when he ran through the house, you'd swear it was a raccoon. Please tell me what you think. I cannot believe how much this cat stole my heart. And I know I will never find another quite like this special boy. I miss him terribly.
