Ryker is my newest grandkitty. He is an AMAZINGLY beautiful, affectionate & mischievous boy who's growing like a weed!

His favorite buddies are my daughter's 2 lab mixes, Zeus a black giant & his slightly smaller blond brother, Aries. Ryker loves to play & nap with these guys & his "Mom", my daughter, Laura.

Finnegan will be 6 months old in December. He already weighs in at 10 lbs. He is a chatterbox with lots of chirps and trills.

He is silly and plays and plays by himself with what ever he finds, usually a paper clip or a tissue or? Rarely a purchased toy.

He also is slowly winning over the resident girls Tilly, Poppy and Hadley. He's a handsome boy and a sweetheart. We all enjoy his company and super sweet nature.

Judah- He Sure is Growing

Thought I would send in an updated picture of our gorgeous "Judah", he is featured in the February album and since then has been doing a lot of growing.

He is now 5 months old and weighs in at around 5kgs!! His favourite place to relax is at the top of his kitty tree although as he grows he is going to find it hard to fit.

He has an amazing ability to leap in the air and spin around and catch things. His favourite toy is a mouse on an elastic string.

He spends ages chasing it and when he catches it he proudly walks away with it in his mouth and hides behind the curtain.

I am sure he is going to be an amazing hunter as he has already started bringing in field mice as presents.

My 5 month old Maine Coon - Sergiy

Sergiy is a Ukranian name because his father was imported from Ukraine.

I had been looking at Maine Coon kittens for a long time. I've had many cats in my life time and all of them had their own unique personalities.

I found a breeder reasonably near me. I visited with the breeder and her 3 females and one male.

She breeds only 2 times a year. I first saw this little guy and all his brothers and sisters when they were 6 weeks old. I was invited to the house for the visit.

A very nice clean environment. I found the one that just spoke to me and I put a deposit on him. I picked him up at 12 weeks old. What a sweet little guy. So affectionate and playful.

He is now just under 6 months old - and I am amazed at his size. A long furry tail and large paws. He's just so incredible. Maine Coons - just such amazing cats!

Hendrix

Hendrix is a smoke and now 20 weeks old - already a very big boy.

It feels like he's always been part of the family, even though he’s only been with us a short time.

The picture of him sleeping stretched out on his back was taken on his first night home. He was nervous at first, especially with the new noises (especially the Parrot!).

After hiding behind the sofa for a bit, he eventually came out for snuggles and settled in for a comfortable sleep on the sofa.

We also have an African Grey Parrot and a Bearded Dragon, both of whom adore Hendrix.

The parrot blows him kisses and whistles to get his attention, while the Bearded Dragon watches him play.

Hendrix has developed a fondness for the Bearded Dragon’s crickets and often sits nearby, trying to grab them off the tongs.

Although we bought Hendrix two beds, he prefers sleeping on my pillow or the sofa arm.

He also loves to sneak into the computer chair when someone is sitting there, squeezing behind your back and leaving barely any space to sit!

He's convinced everything in the house belongs to him, often finding himself in places he shouldn’t be.

He especially loves the kitchen larder, where he rummages around for something to play with, though he has plenty of toys. His favorites are a crust of toast or a crumpled receipt.

Hendrix loves his laser toy, but his top pick is playing fetch. He'll chase the paper and bring it back for another throw!

We live on 22 acres of woods, and people always ask if he's brought home any snakes or birds. At the rate he's growing, we joke he'll bring a deer home next!

He's very curious about the outside world, sitting by the back door to watch the trees and wildlife.

Hendrix is also fascinated by the bath - he waits for the tap to be turned on. He’s discovered spiders and tries to climb the walls to reach them.

In the kitchen, he slides his kibble across the floor like a goalie, catching it with his big paws before eating it.

Benton & Winston

These two 5-month-old Maine Coons, each weighing 6 pounds, are already full of personality.

Laura originally planned to bring home just Benton, but when she found out Winston was available, she couldn’t resist keeping them together.

Now, the two are inseparable - whether they’re playing or snuggling. See Benton and Winston's story in Memory Lane!

Amelia Earhart

During the biggest snowstorm of 2015 last February, we drove from Boston to Maine in near-zero visibility to bring home our beautiful girl, Amelia.

She’s named after Amelia Earhart for her brave and adventurous spirit.

Amelia has been with us for 3 months and is the funniest, most energetic, and sweetest 5-month-old kitten. She shares her days with her brother Milo, a Maine Coon mix (aka the big teddy bear), and her dog brother Jack.

Amelia loves cuddling on our chests while we watch TV, sometimes for hours. She's a Blue Torbie with Cream from a champion line of Maine Coons, weighing 8 lbs at 5 months, with a huge tail to match.

Her favorite hobby is helping mom with work by trying to catch the mouse (these modern cats!).
